Terms and conditions of booking

• The price includes final cleaning. We do expect you to leave the holiday accommodation neatly ‘broom clean’.
• Rates exclude € 1.05 p.p.p.n. tourist tax booking year 2025 for persons older than 18 years.
• Includes bed, bath and kitchen linen. The towels are not for use for the dogs.
• There are old towels in the cottage, which you may use for your dog(s).
• Does your dog sleep on the bed? Then please bring your own bed linen.
• We require a down payment of 50% of the rent within 14 days after reservation and the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is final as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account.
  If your arrival is within 14 days of booking, please transfer the entire amount to our account within 3 days.
• Until 8 weeks before arrival, you can cancel your reservation by e-mail. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation within 3 working days and your payment will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental sum.
• If you cancel between 8 weeks and the last 3 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the rent.
• If you cancel in the last 3 weeks before arrival, you will be charged the entire rent.
• We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
